Wine Dinner – August 1st!

$100per person. Reservations required.
6:30 reception begins.

The dinner will begin with a champagne reception at 6:30pm, followed by the 4-course meal with pairing and interesting and educational winemaking stories from our winemaker, Ashton Lough. After the dinner guests will be invited up to the tasting room and treated to special Guests-Only wine discounts for purchases

1. Tarte Provencal (zucchini, eggplant, tri-colored peppers, carrots) with the 2014 Phillips Falk Sauvignon Blanc
2. Brasserie Avocado and Romaine Salad with fried almonds with the 2014 Viognier
3. Chicken Cordon Bleu with Haricot Verts Bundles and Pommes Dauphinois with the 2013 Bebe LaFranc Cabernet Franc
4. Cherry Clafoutis with the 2014 Old Vine Zinfandel from tank
